Welcome to Eldorado Primary Care

Welcome to Eldorado Primary Care, a primary health care clinic in southeastern Illinois. Our two family physicians, a child psychologist, two mid-level providers, a licensed clinical social worker and our support staff of seventeen provide health care and behavioral health care services to all ages, from newborns to the elderly.
